chicken and spinach are good choices, i would get some fruits and veggies such as apple, bananas, carrots, celery things like that also some berries would be good, you may also want to pick up some turkey or something along those lines cuz chicken can get boring after a few days. if your really committed to this i would suggest buying a healthy eating cookbook so you can learn to make different kinds of meals with the same ingredients to stave off the monotony.

Things You’ll Need:
* 8 ounces whole-wheat elbow noodles
* 1 medium head broccoli, cut into florets
* 1 3/4 cups skim milk, divided
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
* 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook broccoli florets a few minutes until bright green. Remove from hot water with a slotted spoon.
Step2
Add pasta to pot and cook following the package directions. Drain.
Step3
Heat 1 1/2 cups milk in another large pot over medium-high heat until it simmers. Whisk the remaining 1/4 cup milk, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl until combined. Add the flour mixture to the simmering milk. Return to a simmer and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture is thickened. This should take 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in cheddar, parmesan and mustard until the cheese melts.
Step4
Add the broccoli and pasta to the cheese sauce. Return to the heat and cook, stirring, over medium-low heat, until heated through. About 1 minute. Serves 4.

The trick is to have a candy
thermometer handy, you are
not getting it hot enough or
not cooking it long enough.
**Keep it stirred in order to
keep it hot.
**Use cold water in a cup and
drizzle some of the candy into it
to test for hardness.

Make sure the items you are selling ar presented in the best way possible. For example, if you are selling children's toys they should be impeccably clean. No one will want to bring a soiled toy home to their child.
I was out sick today, and they did me some favors without me even having to ask.

(I think it's kinda strange that all the pro-vegetarian answers have gotten thumbs downs…)
Read up. It is a proven, scientific fact that eating animal products will increase your chances of debilitating diseases, such as heart attack, stroke, and countless other diseases. I'm not saying that being vegetarian or vegan is the ONLY way to be healthy. If eaten in moderation, one can still maintain a healthy lifestyle.
However, most people will eat include TOO much animal in their meals. Meat and dairy have absolutely no fiber content, which makes it harder for your stomach to digest. Meat and dairy products are also loaded with saturated fat and cholesterol. Like human breast milk is intended for human babies, cow's milk is intended for calves. Dairy products have almost no iron, and may actually cause iron-deficiencies.
Aside from the health benefits, it is also better for the environment. Check out this article from greenpeace.org:
I was an omnivore for 24 years. I gave up all animal flesh in March. Then I became a vegan more than three weeks ago. It has been THE best dietary change I've made. I've had more energy and feel greater than I have been in a long while.
Keep an open mind about vegetarianism. It is a choice that will change your life and will help change the future of this world. Read "Diet For A New America" by John Robbins (who was the heir to the Baskin-Robbins enterprise-he turned that down) and "The China Study" by T. Colin Campbell. The more you read, the more you will know.
Best wishes.
